fire smoke extraction fans are mounted on the chimney and can be used in all common heating and ignition systems. especially suitable for open chimneys, fuel and gas boilers, solid fuel boilers, single furnaces, grill equipment, smokers and blacksmiths.
the radial fan flue gas fan is driven by an electric motor outside the flow. flue gases flowing out of the chimney are sucked axially by the high-performance radial impeller, rotated by 90° in the impeller, and blown horizontally from all sides at the chimney head under the engine support plate. standard instruments deliver volume flows of up to 2,500 m3 per hour with low to medium draft amplification. larger devices are available. heat-resistant special construction provides an operating temperature of 250 °c. the devices can be equipped or retrofitted for an operating temperature of up to 350 °c.

the chimney fan is our smallest flue gas fan. ıt is mounted at the top of the chimney and driven by an electric motor out of the flow. flue gases flowing out of the chimney are sucked axially by the high-performance radial impeller, rotated 90° in the impeller, and blown horizontally from both sides at the chimney head under the engine support plate. the special heat-resistant structure of the fans allows an operating temperature of 250°c. the fan body and impeller are made entirely of stainless steel and guarantee a high level of corrosion protection. the fan motor is a continuously adjustable, temperature resistant special motor with temperature monitoring via thermal contacts. the ka-ı junior is easy to assemble and can be tilted onto the chimney hood without tools for chimney cleaning.
our flue gas fans in design are installed as a draft riser as a bypass to the chimney. they carry flue gases and hot air and are suitable for boiler systems, drying systems, open chimneys and other fireplaces up to 250 °c.

with these indirectly induced drafts, some of the exhaust gases are sucked in by a fan, accelerated and blown back towards the chimney mouth. the fireplace, for example, if the fireplace is not in use, the rooms can be ventilated like a normal fan with a bypass fan.
